Please note that use of this Site binds you to agree that you will be solely and personally responsible for all the transactions carried out on this Site.

Delivery
All products can be sent directly to the recipient's address. Please ensure to mention the correct delivery address with a phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that result from incorrect addresses or if the premises are locked. There are no guarantees for courier shipments – we try to deliver to you as required, however, in various conditions beyond our control, there could be delays.

Return Policy
We strive to provide the best products to our customers. However, if you receive a product that is misprinted or damaged upon delivery, you can return it by following our return policy:

1. Proof of Damage: Make a video proof of the damaged or defective item and email it to us at [your email address].
2. Time Frame: Ensure that you report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Physical Damage: Items that are physically damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
4. Gift Wrapping: Please note that gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled or modified. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order only before it has been processed for printing. Once an order is in the processing stage, it cannot be canceled.
2. Order Modification: We are unable to modify any order details once the processing has begun. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
3. Non-Acceptance of Order: We may not accept an order if (i) we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or (ii) items are out of stock or withdrawn. If we are unable to deliver the items ordered due to production or quality reasons, we will inform you by email and refund the payment to your credit card or bank account.
4. Cancellation Time Frame: If you are unable to cancel your order online, get in touch with us within 3-4 hours of placing the order.

Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience:

1. Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it is processed, a full refund will be issued to your bank account within 7-10 business days.
2. Wrong/Missing Products: If you receive the wrong product or if any items are missing from your order:
   - Contact us with proof (e.g., a photo or video).
   - We will either send you the correct product (if available) or provide a refund to your bank account or as reward points, based on your preference.
3. Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
